What you're buying

A license to use Stampfile datasets, which we build from public records of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. You get the files your plan includes, for as long as your plan is active. Stampfile is not affiliated with the SEC.

Personal license

• For one person's own research, backtesting and trading.
• Not for use by or on behalf of a company, fund or client.

Commercial license

• For use inside one firm whose annual revenue is under $5 million, by any of its employees and contractors.
• You confirm the revenue limit when you buy. If your firm grows past it, contact us to move to a custom license at your next renewal.
• Firms over the limit, and anyone who wants to redistribute the data, need a custom license.

What no license allows

• Reselling, sublicensing or publishing the datasets, in whole or in large part, or offering them through your own API or download.
• Sharing your download key outside the people your license covers.

You may publish research, charts and statistics derived from the data, and trading results based on it.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account under Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• One-time purchases include the full history as of the purchase date and can be downloaded for 30 days. They don't include later updates.
• Prices may change for future billing periods. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before a change applies to your subscription.

Accuracy

We check our data carefully, including verifying every filing time against the SEC's official filing headers, but the data is provided "as is". It can contain errors or gaps inherited from the source or introduced in processing. Check anything that matters before relying on it.

Not investment advice

Stampfile sells data. Nothing we provide is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and we are not responsible for trading or investment decisions made using it.
